The Caterpillar’s Summer Nature Day Camp Presents Exploring Nature with Kids!

You’ve seen the big, green science-exploring-machine traveling to your elementary schools for the past 9 years! Your friendly Caterpillar facilitators are offering exciting nature camps. Each session will include nature exploration, art activities, games and journaling. Ages: 5-11 years old. Instructors: Vanessa Martinez, Peg Prag, Linda Mullens

Eco-Adventures at the Pacifica, Garden in the Siskiyous

4 days located on Pacifica’s 540 acres. We will explore ways that children and families can help our environment; a continuation of our popular school program “We All Can Help our Changing World.” Camp will also include exploring nature trails & pond habitat, Native American crafts & games, journaling and one day of international focus. Location: Pacifica, on Watergap Rd. in Williams.  Time: 9:00 to 2:00

When: Week of July 12th- 15th, M,T,W,TH

Siskiyou Forest Adventurers

4 days of exploring our local habitats and the plants and animals that live here.  Lots of fun activities, hiking, art, games and journaling. Two field trips:  Little Falls Trail and nearby site where the insectivorous cobra lily grows, and Limpy Creek Botanical Trail.  Location: Parkside Elementary School. Time: 9:00 to 2:00

When: Week of July 19th- 22nd, M,T,W,TH
