DESCRIPTION:Unleash your creativity with this hands-on ceramics series! Over five weeks\, you’ll explore clay techniques\, refine your skills\, and bring your ideas to life. \n\nTuesdays (10 AM – 1 PM): Guided instruction with two experienced teachers\, covering ceramic techniques.\nMondays (10 AM – 1 PM) & Thursdays (3 PM – 6 PM): Open studio time to practice\, experiment\, and work on your pieces.\n\nThe first four weeks focus on creating\, and in the final week\, you'll glaze your finished work. Whether you're a beginner or looking to deepen your practice\, this class offers the perfect space to learn and grow. \nWHEN: 5-week Series starting on Monday\, March 10 \n\nOpen Studio: Mondays from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM\nClass: Tuesdays from 10:00AM – 1:00PM\nOpen Studio: Thursdays from 3:00PM – 6:00PM\n\nWHERE: Ceramics Studio at Pacifica \nAGES: 12 and up. \nCOST: $105 for the 5 class series. Any additional class taken beyond that is $15 per class. All tools will be provided. Additional cost for clay\, read below. \nYou buy clay as you go. Clay is $3/pound which covers glazes and kiln firings. Our studio values the importance of bridging gaps within our society. We are involved in amazing community outreach events/optional performances and activities throughout the school year/dance season. Through the Arts\, we give ourselves and others Medicine for the soul.  A-Rae of Light Dance is a family\, a wonderful Hive that promotes positivity\, support and connection both in and out of the studio. 🐝 \n3:30-4:30PM — Kids Drama Arts Collective (ages 5-15)4:30-5:30PM — Mini HipHop Hive Crew (ages 5-7)5:30-6:30PM — Kids Jazz (ages 8-13)6:30-7:30PM — Teen/Adult Lyrical (ages 13 and up)  \nAll classes are open to the public.  \nCOST: Tuition for weekly dance classes is $40 a month per style (about $10 a class) OR drop in classes are available for $12. If a student would like to continue on a regular basis\, they will fill out a registration packet provided at our sign in table. Registration for the year is $25 for a single student or $35 for an entire family.  \nNOTE: The class days/times/styles are decided at the beginning of the school/dance year from September through June. The only time something would change is if enrollment was too low and the class had to be canceled altogether.
