SUMMARY:Hatha Yoga With Clair
DESCRIPTION:A 4-week Tuesday morning yoga class\, December 30th- January 20th\, 9:00 am- 10:15 am in the great hall. This is an all level class that is designed to help cultivate balance strength and flexibility\, and awareness with Hatha Flow.  Students can tailor the class to their needs by including or excluding vinyasas.
