Improvised Music Workshop and Jam
This workshop is intended for instrumentalists at a moderate to advanced playing level. Bring your instument and amplification. If your instument makes a soft sound, we will do our best to mix levels. We will use free improvisions for: training your ear, freedom from inner critics, flow states, creative self expression, and next level jamming.
This workshop is part of a larger series of classes which explore free improvisation for meditation, emotional processing and self-expression, states of consciousness, spirtuality, and healing.
