At our wedding venue, we believe in providing exceptional experiences tailored to your special day. All of our wedding packages include the following items:

Private access: All packages ensure exclusive use of the property, as we close it off for your wedding day.
On-site parking: Parking signs provided to guide your guests to the right location.
High-speed internet access: Stay connected throughout your special day with our reliable internet service.
Trash & recycling bins: We take care of maintaining cleanliness and sustainability, providing appropriate bins and ensuring their removal.
20 folding rectangular tables: Create versatile seating arrangements and customize the layout of your reception area.
100 metal chairs: Give everyone a seat at the table.
Square wooden wedding arch: A focal point that can be decorated anyway you would like.
Decoration closet: A wide variety of decor donated by previous brides
Local vendor list: A curated vendor list, connecting you with local professionals who can offer their expertise and services to help bring your wedding vision to life.

Our Packages

The Applegate Package

Starting at $7,500

The Applegate is our most popular, all-inclusive weekend wedding package. Choose which nights you want and take your time setting up with provided rehearsal time the night before your wedding. Savor your wedding night without the pressure to clean up until the next morning. With the Applegate Package, all your loved ones will be able to stay close and sleep under the stars with included lodging and camping accommodations.

Capacity: 250 guests

Includes:

Use of ALL our indoor and outdoor spaces for the event day from 9am to 11pm
Rehearsal & set-up time in the Great Hall from 5pm to 9pm on the night before your wedding
Clean-up time in the Great Hall until 12pm on the morning after your event
Three nights of lodging in our Pond House
One full RV hookup for three nights
Four partial RV hookups for three nights
Three nights of tent camping with heated showers and bathrooms
Two Patio heaters (if needed)
Use of golf cart (wedding day only)
100 White padded wedding chairs
All items listed on the “What’s Included” section

The Williams Creek Package

Starting at $5,000

The Williams Creek package gives you private day use of our grounds. For weddings that take place on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and/or Holidays. Does not include lodging or camping.

Includes:

Use of the Great Hall, Lee Price Pavilion and Wedding Garden from 9am to 11pm
All items listed on the “What’s Included” section
Lodging and other items may be added on

The Powell Creek Package

Starting at $4,000

The Powell Creek package gives you private day use of our grounds. For weddings that take place on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays. Does not include lodging or camping.

Includes:

Use of the Great Hall, Lee Price Pavilion and Wedding Garden from 9am to 11pm
All items listed on the “What’s Included” section
Lodging and other items may be added on

The Heron House Package

Starting at $3,500

The Pond House is the ideal location for a small, intimate wedding.

Capacity: 50 guests

Includes:

Two nights of lodging in the Pond House
Access to the Heron Pond Dock and Pond House yard for small ceremony
Delivery of tables and chairs to Pond House prior to check-in
All items listed on the “What’s Included” page
Additional nights and other items may be added on
